At MET®, we support mental health professionals with innovative, culturally responsive training that reflects the real-world needs of millennials and neurodivergent clients.  Our holistic approach integrates multiple therapeutic modalities and honors the intersectional identities of the clients you serve. We go beyond outdated frameworks—centering personhood, lived experience, and clinical creativity.

Whether you're looking to deepen your ADHD lens, apply trauma-informed care across cultures, or reframe how therapy meets the digital age—you're in the right place.

This is therapy for a new generation—and the clinicians evolving with it.

Meet the Founder

Ashley Peterson, LPC, ADHD-CCSP

Hi, I’m Ashley—and I’m not just a therapist who specializes in ADHD and identity development—I’m also someone who’s lived it.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified ADHD clinical provider, I’ve spent over a decade working with millennials navigating the complexities of attention, anxiety, identity, and generational trauma. Along the way, I realized something critical: traditional therapy models often fail to account for the real-world challenges our generation faces—especially for those of us who are neurodivergent or culturally marginalized.

That’s why I created Millennial Eclectic Therapy® (MET®)—a dynamic, culturally aware clinical framework that gives therapists practical tools and fresh language to meet clients where they are.

Whether I’m in the therapy room, speaking at conferences, or developing continuing education courses, my mission is the same: To make mental health care more inclusive, responsive, and real.
