I’ve often been asked what my logo is for Ashley Peterson Counseling Services. For a long time, I didn’t have one. I never saw the need, and to be honest, I wasn’t sure what image could fully represent not only me but also my business and what we stand for. After much reflection, I finally realized that the answer had been blooming in my life for quite some time—orchids.
Orchids have come to hold deep significance for me, both personally and professionally. To me, orchids symbolize new beginnings and the beauty that can emerge from something ending after it has served its purpose. They remind us that fresh starts can happen at any time, and with them comes hope, possibility, and the potential for something extraordinary.
Currently, I have six orchids, each in a different phase of its growth cycle. They vary in colors, sizes, and outcomes with each cycle—each one unique, just like the clients I have the honor of working with. Through the process of growing these orchids, I’ve learned an important lesson: beauty isn’t just found in beginnings or full blooms. Beauty is also present in the quiet moments, in the falling petals, and in the transitions between one phase and the next.
This lesson speaks volumes to the work we do at Millennial Eclectic Therapy. It doesn’t matter where you are in life when you’re seeking help—whether you’re experiencing new beginnings, navigating transitions, or finding strength in endings. There is beauty in all of these spaces and phases. With a little patience, nurturing, and guidance, you’ll find yourself blooming in ways you never imagined.
Millennial Eclectic Therapy is here to support you through each phase of your life, just as I’ve learned to care for my orchids. We’ll be with you through every cycle, ensuring that you have the tools, resources, and encouragement you need to grow, heal, and thrive.
As I embark on this new chapter, I’m proud to introduce a business logo that represents this journey: orchids in different stages of their bloom cycle. They reflect the beauty of growth and transformation, a perfect symbol for the counseling services we offer. Just as the orchids continue to bloom with care, we too can bloom at any stage in life.
Here’s to new beginnings, beautiful transitions, and finding peace in the process.
